3rd International Conference on Food Contaminants

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are glad to invite you to participate in the 3rd International Conference on Food Contaminants: challenges on risk assessment (ICFC 2019) that will be held in Aveiro (Portugal) on the 26th and 27th of September, 2019.

Following the 1st and the 2nd editions of the successful International Conference on Food Contaminants Conference, the Food and Nutrition Department of the National Institute of Health Dr. Ricardo Jorge (INSA) is already developing the ICFC 2019 in close collaboration with the Centre for Environmental and Marine Studies (CESAM) of the University of Aveiro.

This multidisciplinary congress provides a forum for both internationally established and young researchers to exchange advanced knowledge on Food Contaminants and Human Health.

The congress will include keynote lectures given by world-renowned scholars, in addition to oral and poster presentations. Several sessions will cover developments and new challenges in risk assessment.

ICFC 2019 welcomes the submission of abstracts for original contributors to the field of food contaminants and human health. Abstract submission is open until June 30, 2019.

Participants at this conference are cordially invited to contribute with a full manuscript to the Special Issue “Food Safety & Risk Assessment” on Food Research International. The call for papers is now available on the journal website.
