The first workshop will be held on 5 December 2022 (15:00-17:00 CET), with the participation as keynote speaker of Ms Carina Dalager from Danish Standards, who works as Committee Manager for the development of a global ISO standard for food loss and waste.
Also, we need to have a deeper look at activities occurring within and between each stage of the food supply chain, to identify solutions that creates resilience from farm to fork.
